Aside from becoming Partner at Hollis, one of my greatest achievements over the years has been developing others in my team and watching them realise their own ambitions. That might be delivering their first project, achieving a great dilapidations settlement or successfully passing the APC. I enjoy getting to know people and working with them to strive for the best results, both for themselves and for our clients.
