Turning to the year ahead, we need to be alert and focused, ready to respond to changing circumstances, but working from the solid foundations we have built.

The theme for our strategy this year is ‘doing our bit’. It’s about teamwork and looking out for one another, making a difference, prioritising sustainability at every level, being productive, and living our values.

Our strategy is focused on continual growth, improvement and success, and this year we are focusing our attention on three key themes:

Getting the basics right - looking after our people, our finances and all aspects of our operations, so that clients have the best possible solutions and service.

Embracing innovation - continually seeking new ideas, technologies and ways of working, so that we bring our clients practical benefits and a strategic advantage.

Helping our planet - promoting sustainability in everything we do, from everyday recycling through to bold ideas for built environments that can help tackle climate change.
